What makes the Swbvs mattress unique?

Swbvs's mattresses are CertiPUR-US certified, meaning all our foams meet the following health and environmental standards:
Low emission (low VOCS) for indoor air quality
Made without prohibited phthalates
Made without ozone depleters
Made without PBDEs
Made without Mercury, Lead and heavy metals
Made without formaldehyde

How does shipping work?
We have our own warehouse locally. Your Swbvss mattress is rolled, vacuum-packed, and then shipped directly from our warehouse to your door. All Swbvs's mattresses are brand new and waiting to be delivered to you. After placing the order, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email, where you can arrange a delivery time that suits your schedule.

How long does delivery take?
Shipping Time
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 1 Business day
• Shipping time: US: 3-5 Business days
Note: During public holidays, since courier companies will restrict operations during this period, shipping time may be affected. Although unfortunately this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.

How do I track my package?
When we deliver the goods for you, we will take the initiative to send you a message about logistics. You also can track your package via Customer Service E-mail:support@swbvs.com. our customer service staff will check for you, so you need to provide the purchase order number.

How do I cancel my order?
We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped. You can contact us via support@swbvs.com to cancel. After the order is canceled, we will refund you within 24 hours, thank you!
