SWBVS Mattress Shipping Policy

At SWBVS, we believe great sleep should never come with shipping stress. That’s why we’ve made our delivery process fast, simple, and always free.

Delivery Timeframe

All in-stock products (excluding pre-order items) are shipped within 1 business day of order confirmation. Once shipped, your mattress will arrive in approximately:

  • USA: 3 – 5 Business Days via UPS, FedEx, or local partners
  • Canada: 6 – 8 Business Days
  • Europe: 4 – 6 Business Days

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, you may be eligible for a full refund after a shipping inspection. You will retain ownership of the product even after a refund is issued.

  • Shipping fees shown at checkout are discounted rates negotiated by SWBVS, and may not reflect the full courier charges.
  • No customs duties for orders shipped within the U.S., as products are stored in domestic warehouses.
