🛏️ What makes the SWBVS mattress unique?
From the inside out, our mattress is designed to support how you really sleep. It features a 7-zone ergonomic support base, breathable natural latex, and a soft quilted removable cover. What makes it extra special? We’ve added Wave Memory Foam beneath the comfort layer — so you get motion isolation without sacrificing freedom to move throughout the night.
✅ Is the mattress CertiPUR-US® certified?
Yes! All SWBVS foam mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, which means:
- Low VOCs for better indoor air quality
- Made without harmful phthalates or ozone depleters
- No PBDEs, mercury, lead, or other heavy metals
- Free of formaldehyde and other toxic chemicals
📦 How does shipping work?
We ship locally from our U.S. warehouses. Your mattress is rolled, vacuum-packed, and shipped straight to your door. All mattresses are brand new and ship within 1 business day. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can schedule delivery on your terms.
⏱️ How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, your mattress typically arrives in:
- Processing Time: 1 Business Day
- Shipping Time (USA): 3–5 Business Days
Note: Holiday periods may cause delays due to carrier limitations, but we’ll keep you informed along the way.
🔁 What’s your return policy?
If you’re not loving your SWBVS mattress, no worries. You can return it within 30 days of delivery. Just contact our team at support@swbvs.com. For full details, please visit our Refund & Return Policy page.
📬 How do I track my order?
We’ll send tracking details by email once your order ships. Didn’t receive one or lost it? Just email us at support@swbvs.com with your order number and we’ll help you track it right away.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund within 24 hours. Just email us as quickly as possible at support@swbvs.com.
