SWBVS Refund & Return Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. While we aim to deliver comfort and peace of mind with every order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below you’ll find our complete return and refund policy to guide you through the process smoothly.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. This policy goes into effect the moment your order is completed. After this period, returns or exchanges are no longer eligible—except in special cases, which can be reviewed by contacting us at support@swbvs.com.
General Requirements
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
- Only products purchased directly from swbvs.com are eligible for return.
- Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer without approval.
Return Scenarios
🟢 Order Not Yet Shipped:
Contact us at support@swbvs.com within 24 hours to cancel your order. You will receive a full refund. Please avoid chargebacks, as they may delay your refund and incur additional bank processing fees.
🟡 Order In Transit:
If your order has already shipped, contact us immediately to attempt a package interception. If successful, you’ll be refunded the product cost, minus interception fees and any incurred duties. Return shipping is non-refundable and borne by you.
🟠 Order Received:
- Unopened, with receipt: Full refund of product price. Return shipping is non-refundable and paid by customer.
- Opened but unused, with full packaging: 20% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is non-refundable and paid by customer.
- Opened, lightly used (no visible wear), returned within 20 days: 20% restocking fee applies. Must include all original packaging. Return shipping is non-refundable and paid by customer.
All refunds are calculated based on the original product price. If approved, we’ll process the refund and email you confirmation.
How to Return
- Email us at support@swbvs.com to request a return and receive the return shipping address.
- Securely pack the item, preferably in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product has a verified quality issue.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued in USD. Your bank may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Products that show visible signs of use or damage
- Final sale items or promotional discounted items
- Requests without valid proof of purchase
- Items purchased from third-party platforms
