  • Ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly in English during checkout. Incorrect entries may default to your PayPal billing address.

FAQs: Payment & Order Status

✔️ How do I know if my payment was successful?
Once your payment goes through, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email with your transaction receipt.

✔️ What happens after I pay?
Sit back and relax! We begin processing your order within 24 hours, and your item will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

✔️ Why does my order still show as “Pending”?
Orders are marked “Pending” until they are shipped. Once shipped, the status will update to “Completed.”

✔️ My order says “Completed” but I haven’t received anything?
“Completed” means your order has been shipped — not delivered. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your email.

✔️ I started an order but didn’t finish the payment. What now?
No worries — unpaid orders aren’t processed. Just place a new order and proceed with payment again.
