SWBVS Mattress Warranty Policy

Your SWBVS mattress is designed for long-lasting comfort and performance — and we stand behind it. Every mattress you purchase from swbvs.com comes with a 10-Year Limited Warranty, offering you peace of mind, night after night.

Who and What Is Covered?

  • Coverage applies only to the original purchaser who bought the mattress through swbvs.com and resides in the U.S. or Canada.
  • The warranty is valid as long as the original owner retains the mattress and uses it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • The mattress must be used on a structurally sound, firm, solid-surface base that supports the user(s) and the mattress itself.

What’s Protected Under Warranty

We’ll replace or repair your mattress if it suffers from one of the following qualifying defects during normal use:

  • Visible sagging or indentations greater than 1 inch not caused by an improper foundation.
  • Manufacturing flaws in the foam or spring core materials.
  • Defects in the mattress cover’s zipper (as long as no misuse is evident).

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Comfort preferences (too soft/too firm).
  • Normal wear and tear, or increased foam softness over time.
  • Body impressions under 1 inch in depth.
  • Damage from misuse, improper foundations, spills, burns, stains, or unsanitary conditions.
  • Mold or odor from improper ventilation.
  • Alterations, abuse, or commercial use (unless explicitly covered for Trade Customers).
  • Products sold as pre-owned, returned, or “as-is”.
  • Minor cosmetic flaws that don’t affect performance (e.g. uneven stitching, fabric texture, slight size variation within ±2.5").
  • Health or allergy issues unrelated to defects.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim:

  1. Email support@swbvs.com and request a Warranty Claim Form.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt), a description of the issue, and photos of the mattress, base, and the defect.
  3. Use tailor's tape for measurements — standard tape measures are not accepted due to the mattress’s curves.

We may request additional documentation, or arrange an inspection before confirming your claim. Refusing to cooperate may void the warranty.

Legal Rights and Limitations

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state or province. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SWBVS disclaims all implied warranties beyond this document.
  • We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of use or comfort.
  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the mattress.
  • All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, as detailed in our Terms of Service.
